4. Fees and Payments

Our service fees vary based on the destination country, university, and services required. Fee structures will be clearly communicated before you engage our services. Some fees may be non-refundable once services have been rendered. Payment terms and refund policies will be outlined in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and materials provided during consultation, including text, graphics, logos, and documents, are the property of SafeNet Education or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SafeNet Education provides consultation and guidance services to the best of our ability. However, we cannot guarantee: • University admission outcomes • Visa approval decisions • Scholarship awards • Specific timelines for processing We are not liable for decisions made by universities, embassies, or other third parties. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any fees owed for services already provided. We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these terms or provide false information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
