Grafton Manchester provides Non-En-suite rooms for 2-3 people to share. The rooms are fully furnished with double beds, tables and chairs, a wardrobe and an additional sink. The shared kitchen is equipped with a cooker, hood, dining table/chairs, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and lockers. Dormitory rent includes all expenses such as financial insurance, water, electricity and gas. The Grafton Manchester has a communal laundry room, and there is an extra charge for each load of laundry. In addition, the dormitory has a separate gym for all resident students. The bicycle shed ensures the safety of students' property.

The University of Salford is 26 minutes away by public transport. If you are travelling to another city, Manchester Oxford Road is a 12-minute bus ride away.
